Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Survey programming / scripting
• Designing, formatting and producing data tables
• Sample management and sourcing
• Ensures the data integrity during data processing
• Verify the accuracy and validity of data processed by performing logic checks
• Resolve and check any quality issues raised
• Handle data from various sources to create views of cumulative results according to each survey specifications
• Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to gain better work efficiency
• Ensure that the company\'s ethical standards are adhered to at all times

 

Specific Skills & Competencies required

• Good knowledge and skills of Excel functions
• Sound computer skills in areas of MS office in general
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience working with complex questionnaires and large datasets
• Conversions between various formats ASCII / Excel / SPSS
• Problem solving skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to work independently with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Stress resistant – quality processing of high volume data in short term, able to think rationally under pressure
• Ability to coordinate a number of projects at any one time
• Detail oriented – to focus on the tiniest details
• Professionalism and discrete
• Strong work ethic and reliability

 

Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Good computer skills and broad interest in research (online, offline)
• Interest in consumer product specifications
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Other foreign languages are an advantage

 

On the job training is provided and candidates will be selected upon their work ethic, ability to work closely in a team and focus on results.
